Hi, I’m Penny Sands. This will be my first year teaching at St. A. I was born and raised in Manchester.  My husband and I own a few acres between Manchester and Delhi, and we live in Delhi.  I graduated from West Delaware.  I received my teaching degree from Upper Iowa, and need to finish my portfolio from Walden University to have my Master’s in Special Education.  My teaching includes a self-contained behavior disorders classroom with Lawther Academy Hillcrest, and teaching first grade, title reading, and special education at Sacred Heart.  In my spare time, I like following my grandsons’ activities, riding horses, coloring, reading, and doing word searches.
